Mesmerizer 60fps+ Improved Version

Specifically, I changed it to 60fps and made various minor fixes. I also added subtitles and confetti, so I think it feels closer to the original work's atmosphere now. The motion itself hasn't changed much, but I'd be happy if you could take a look.
